About Me
My journey in Learning & Development began with a dedication for helping my colleagues while working at Wright-Patt Credit Union. Through striving to help my branch team improve their professional skills, I was provided the opportunity to support a large-scale training project. The rest was history. I joined the Learning & Development team and never looked back.
I have over 4 years of experience as an instructional designer, facilitator, and learning program manager, and in that time I've developed a unique approach to creating impactful learning experiences. I'm also very comfortable recommending and consulting on another solution if that is the best way to meet an objective. The best part? Most of the time, the best answer involves both training and a process-based solution.
